BIO:

Nikki Brame is the founder of Twice Balanced, a contributing author of “The Women We Watched” and a board member of the EASC Advocacy + Small Business Board. As an expert Sales Consultant she challenges and inspires people to develop themselves and their teams into Transformational Sales Leaders. Nikki has personally worked with thousands of individuals to help them learn to sell naturally, expand their understanding of their products and build a stronger foundation for their team.

Over the last 38 years, Nikki has built a track record that speaks for itself. By blending education, organization, historical and current methodologies, she has led sales teams and consulted for multiple brands in Hospitality, Cellular One, AT&T, Time Warner Cable and other Fortune 100 companies.

She’s helped build strong foundations and implement new strategies for developing small business sales teams. Nikki has taken years of setbacks and success, from a multitude of industries, tragedies and happiness in her own life and refined them into powerful lessons that will help anyone become a better leader, coach, sales professional and most importantly person than ever.
